Pick of the Week:

I had the privilege of seeing Baywatch at an advance screening over the weekend so my review will be up on Wednesday. 20th Century Women had a lot of Oscar buzz around it so if that is something that appeals to you maybe you should check it out. This week is the release of Wonder Woman, the first female lead superhero movie. Adding to the pressure for this movie is the divisive nature of the DCEUs previous films. I was skeptical at first that this movie would fall into the traps that made me not enjoy the previous movies but that all changed with the marketing campaign. Check out my Wonder Woman Trailer Review to read more about it. To quote my buddy; I have topped up my Myki (train pass), I’ve waited at the station and now I am ready to hop on the Hype Train for Wonder Woman.

My Pick of the Week is Wonder Woman.
