Pick of the Week:
I am probably going to say this a lot in the coming weeks but this is a tough week to make my pick of the week. I am fascinated by historical movies and we have two historical dramas coming out this week. I will save everyone the time; I didn’t see The Nut Job, didn’t know there was The Nut Job 2 and won’t be seeing it. I have been really keen to see both Darkest Hour and The Post since I saw the first trailers for them and they both look fantastic. I will see both of those movies that is for sure but I can only have one for my Pick of the Week and I think I will go with the winning trio of Streep, Hanks and Spielberg.
The Post is my Pick of the Week

Looking forward to Darkest Hour. Supposedly Gary Oldman is brilliant in this one 😀😀

The split between The Post and Darkest Hour was so small that I really want to see them both. Yeah Oldman looks like it’ll be his Best Actor winning performance.
